FEELING REALLY MISERABLE

I think it's probably because it's Fathers Day - and I still miss him, but I always seem to be on the verge of tears these days, not just today but every day. I can summon up a flood for no reason whatsoever. I'm not liking this at all because I feel as if I'm not really in control of my emotional well-being right now. There is so much stress and uncertainty going on in our lives and I honestly think I'm struggling to deal with it all. The fact that there is no solution to it and the knowledge that this is going to go on for the rest of our lives make it even more daunting. I'm tired of it. I can't do anything to put it right.
