LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

WELL, ITS BEEN A WEEK...

... since Rose's operation. What a sorry little thing she was. She whimpered from the time we got her home until well into the next morning. I sincerely hope we don't have to go through that again with either of the girls. We have to take her back for a check up tomorrow, although the stitches don't come out until next week. I'm sure she'll be anxious when she realises where she is, but after that both the girls are going to see Grandma in Blyth while I meet up with a friend for coffee in Morpeth. I'm sure they both relax and enjoy seeing Marion - and SHE will love seeing THEM. Best thing about today was meeting up with James at lunchtime, only at Kingston Park, but it was so easy to combine it with our shopping trip. Other than that it's been business as usual in the kitchen for me. Getting ahead of myself with quiche production is always a good idea. I'm getting a fair number of cake orders in for this month. This is great news. It will be so good to get back to regulate production again. Only problem now is... Transformers! How do I make a Transformer cake? Good job I've got a couple of weeks to think about it!!
