Having one disaster after another in the kitchen. Haven't got a clue why, but nothing is going as it should today. (This only applies to the stuff I'm making for the coffee shop. Everything for our meal tonight is absolutely fine, so don't worry Jim!!)
Charles had an appointment with the optician this morning and has ended up having to go to eye casualty because of something worrying that was found on his lens. He could well be in for an extremely long wait! Hope it's nothing too serious though.
Richard left at 6.45 this morning. He's got a full day of work in Durham then is heading back to Preston this evening. It was good to see him, even though he spent most of his time working.
Right, I'm going back to the kitchen to see what I can salvage!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
