ANNOYINGLY...

... the dishwasher is past repairing, so we've had to order a new one. We could really have done without that just before Christmas. The engineer had only been out to it two weeks ago and he said it would be too costly to fix. New one should be fitted on Wednesday. I managed to cover five more Christmas cakes today. Still no decoration added, but all the hard work is done and the fun bit is to look forward to. It'll be interesting to see if the child that Charles is supposed to be tutoring actually turns up tomorrow as planned!
