3.30 ALREADY!!

And I've just sat down with my laptop for the first time today. Been a bit hectic so far. Christina arrived early on as she needed a lift to Alnwick for a business appointment and then a session with her therapist. (Both seem to have gone well) Charles needed me to drive my car over to Amble as his Merc was going in for a service. (Absolutely HATE the drive to Amble - there is no direct route at all and it takes FOREVER.) Managed to throw together the birthday cake for Kevin - well it's for Ignacio actually, but Kevin ordered it. Not wonderful, but at a day's notice it'll have to do. Got a houseful this evening - 8 of us I do believe - so I've been cooking up pots of pasta sauces, including a rather fabulous chicken, salmon, mushroom and tarragon sauce which tastes divine. Apple pie. pavlova and profiteroles are all ready for pud, so nobody should leave hungry!! Time for a coffee I think!
