It's always good to catch up with old friends.
Having a go at slow roast belly pork this evening. It may not come up to the standard set by Embleton hall, when three of us opted for the pork and then thought we'd died and gone to Heaven - but I'll give it my best shot. Trouble is, there are more recipes than enough for it and they're all slightly different, so I'm just going to go with instinct and hope for the best!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
