... today. Probably because I haven't had anything of much significance to do. Haven't had a day like this for a long time.
Had a good walk with the girls (once they'd stopped trying to have a yappy go at a huge German Shepherd) this afternoon, and they're now collapsed in a dozy heap, snoring gently.
I've been reduced to scouring the blogs for any mention of transfer activity at NUFC! Nothing doing - not a sausage...

The cake is breathtakingly beautiful. I'm not often lost for words... and given I had a reasonable idea what to expect anyway, its beauty and artistry still left me stumbling for superlatives. We're keeping it a closely guarded secret till Thursday when it will dawn on her that mum's position of chief cake maker has been fully usurped (at her own request - even though she immediately retracted it... "Oh yes! I want Sue to do mine...Sue's cakes are to die...for...but I'd rather you did mine mum"). Cue guilt trip. Afterwards I think you should add Babycakes as a Facebook friend cos she's bound to post the photos and perhaps her friends will put pressure on their parents to have one. Some of them are so spoiled perhaps you should start a "Weekend" celebration line or "I've tidied my room" tray of cupcakes. Thank you again
ReplyDeleteHonestly its worth every penny of the £94 I paid Charles this very afternoon :o)
