GENTLE SNORES

That's what I can hear at the moment. The girls are snoozing - and snoring  - rousing themselves occasionally to check the whereabouts of their mum and to see what's going on outside - then going back to the serious business of catching up on their beauty sleep. Ah, it's gone quiet now. That's better!!!
I, on the other hand, am busy making another batch of cupcakes. I COULD have waited in anxious anticipation for the arrival of the Kenwood Titanium, but then I thought that it MIGHT not arrive at all today, so decided to carry on regardless. I'm playing around with Christmas cupcake designs - can't decide whether to go for traditional seasonal colours, or  go for the sophisticated white, snowy look. Probably the latter - or maybe a selection of both.
Also, the cakes themselves could either be mini fruit cakes, chocolate or simple sponge (with different fillings of course). The problem with all this experimenting is that there are a lot of practice cakes to eat up, although I could freeze batches I suppose (without the frosting). Maybe I'll do that, although I'll need to clear some space in the freezer first!
Oh, the snoring's started up again!
