This time next week he should be done at Aberdeen. He says there's no way he's watching the World Cup in Scotland! At least, that's what he's telling us. I don't know what he's told the bosses up there!
(Talking of the World Cup - now that Rio's out I wonder who's going to be captain? I bet Fabio's wondering what on earth he's done to deserve all these problems.)
Today has been the perfect day. Very relaxing, just lying around in the garden reading a good book - and managing to finish it without interruption.
The pups have sought out shady corners most of the day, although we have just taken them to the dog park, armed with plenty of water and treats and they have had a runabout, but have also enjoyed a quieter time than usual, rolling around in the grass and just chilling!
We're all going to the airport to meet Jim later and I shall probably combine it with a trip to the supermarket to stock up for the weekend. I was going to say that I could get stuff for a BBQ - but that's usually the kiss of death for the good weather, so I won't mention it!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
