... but I've just had a phonecall from the vet asking if we can put the pups operation back until a week on Wednesday.
In a way, I'm disappointed because I was getting mentally prepared for this Friday AND it meant that Charles would be around for the whole week as it's half term.
But, it cant be helped - apparently they have a shortage of nurses due to ill health this week, so clearly there is no alternative.
At least Charles will have four full days with them and those are probably going to be the crucial days.
Apparently we need to keep them in separate crates and they will either wear a collar or a little tee-shirt to stop them chewing their stitches. Where does the tee-shirt come from? Should we be ordering that ourselves? I forgot to ask.

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
