GROAN!

Just back from Sunday lunch at the Anglers. Very nice meal, but now very full, despite taking the pups out for a post-lunch walk which was designed to waken us up and lessen the feeling of over-indulgence. In fact all it seems to have done is make the Sunday Afternoon Nap unavoidable!
