... ASPERGERS?
I think my two may suffer from some sort of autism!!
They find anything that deviates from the norm really hard to cope with. If something's in the wrong place or if there's an unexpected change to routine, they find it really difficult to deal with!!
Today, not only are we dealing with the high winds - but the people over the road (the ones who do every damn thing together, including putting the bin out and cleaning the windows) are having a new porch built this morning.
This change to routine, and their usual outlook, is driving the girls absolutely crazy. First off, they don't like any strange vehicles to be parked outside and then all the noise from the banging and hammering is driving them to distraction.
They've barked manically and have now been threatened with the PET CORRECTOR SPRAY which they hate and the sight of which causes them to cease and desist immediately. However, although no longer barking, they are now lying at the window, emitting low level grumbles and growls pretty much constantly as if they're saying, 'Ha ha Mum - you can't spray us for barking any more, but you're not going to stop us protesting!'
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
