Not the best of starts!
There was no problem with the puppies when w went through to them first thing, but, without going into the sordid detail, Rose managed to end up with her nether regions absolutely covered in poop and ended up requiring an emergency bath (Just in the sink and only her rear end!)
This wasn't the greatest start and I think Charles found it a bit of a trial, especially as he was dressed in his work gear AND needed to have an early start. Anyway, HE left for work and Rose and I got it sorted between us, with Lily putting in her six pennorth very vocally!
Things have settled down now. Breakfast has been eaten and the girls are settling down for a sleep.
Later on today we will need to go shopping. I've still got to decide what I'm going to make for dessert for this Old Girls Get Together on Friday evening. It's probably going to be pavlova and chocolate mousse - not together, but so people have a choice. Or I could do tiny banoffis or those raspberry and white chocolate puffs I made the other day that James and Hannah loved so much. Hmmm, decisions, decisions - why can't I make my mind up these days?
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
